These terms govern paid recruiter access to the ECS Talent Network. Membership is available only to verified recruiters representing a legitimate employer or authorized recruiting organization.
1. Plans and access limits
Starter is $499 per month for one verified recruiter account, permissioned search, and up to five facilitated introduction requests per billing month. Pro is $899 per month for one verified recruiter account, expanded search, up to fifteen facilitated introductions, one featured 30-day job listing per billing month, onboarding, and priority support. Unused introductions or listings do not roll over.
2. Candidate consent and introductions
Search results include only candidates who elected recruiter visibility. Protected resumes and profile information may be reviewed only within the user’s authorized access. Candidate contact details are released only after candidate consent to an ECS-facilitated introduction. Membership does not guarantee a response, interview, hire, or placement.
3. Prohibited use
Members may not share accounts, scrape or bulk-export data, resell information, build an external database, contact candidates outside the approved introduction process, discriminate, misrepresent opportunities, or retain information after access ends without a lawful basis and candidate permission.
4. Billing, renewal, and cancellation
The plan renews monthly through the configured checkout system until canceled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid term. Except where required by law, partial months, unused introductions, and unused listings are not refundable.
5. Suspension and verification
ECS may delay activation while verifying identity, company, authority, current openings, and payment. ECS may suspend access for misuse, nonpayment, security risk, candidate complaints, or breach. One membership may not be used by a team unless a written enterprise arrangement permits it.
