Share a trackable ECS invitation. When your referral completes a qualifying milestone, you can earn credit toward eligible ECS services.

Two referral tracks

Choose the pathway that fits your network.

Candidate referral

$25 ECS service credit for you after the referred candidate completes an ECS profile and opts into the Talent Network.
$25 welcome credit for the referred candidate toward an eligible career service.
An additional $75 ECS credit for you if the candidate is placed through ECS.

Maximum referrer value: $100 per candidate.

Hiring-partner referral

$50 ECS credit after the referred organization completes its first qualifying paid job-board purchase.
$250 ECS credit after its first qualifying recruiting engagement or paid placement invoice.
If both milestones occur, the total reward is capped at $250 for that organization.

Maximum referrer value: $250 per organization.

Program safeguards

The referred person or organization must be new to ECS and use the unique invitation link when registering.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, purchased lead lists, and unsolicited bulk outreach are not eligible.
Credits are not cash, are non-transferable, expire 12 months after issue, and may not be combined unless ECS approves it in writing.
ECS verifies qualifying milestones and may decline fraudulent, incomplete, cancelled, refunded, or unpaid activity.
Referrals never guarantee an interview, employment, candidate access, contract award, or placement.
