These Job Board Terms apply to every opportunity submitted to the ECS job board.
1. Required listing information
A submission must include a job title, complete description, company name, searchable location and remote status, employment type, category or industry, application email or URL, salary range or an explicit “Not disclosed” selection, closing date, company website, and logo. Bulk and quick-post drafts must be reviewed and completed by the employer before payment.
2. Payment, review, and publication
A listing is not submitted for publication until verified payment is associated with it. ECS reviews listings for completeness, credibility, formatting, and compliance. Payment does not require ECS to publish a listing that violates these terms. Standard listings are $249, featured listings are $449, and a five-post pack is $995 unless a current product page states otherwise.
3. Acceptable opportunities
Listings must describe genuine, lawful openings. They may not request payment from applicants; contain discriminatory or deceptive criteria; conceal material compensation terms; promote an MLM, pyramid scheme, or fraudulent opportunity; misuse contractor classification; or collect unnecessary sensitive data.
4. Applications and privacy
An application submitted through ECS is visible to the candidate, the employer account that owns the listing, and ECS administrators for private platform oversight. It is not visible to unrelated employers or Talent Network subscribers. An authorized staffing reviewer may see only a private review ECS specifically assigns. Employers must protect candidate data and use it only for the stated hiring purpose.
5. Editing, expiration, and removal
Employers are responsible for accuracy and may edit eligible drafts or listings through the employer dashboard. ECS may request corrections, pause, reject, expire, or remove a listing. Unless the product states otherwise, listings run for 30 days and must not remain active after the role is filled or canceled.
