The complimentary candidate fit call is a brief, invitation-based conversation offered after ECS reviews a completed candidate intake. It helps clarify goals and determine whether an ECS or approved contractor service is appropriate.
What is included
A 20–30 minute conversation about priorities, timing, service fit, and practical next steps. The call is not a resume critique, coaching session, interview preparation session, financial-planning service, or guarantee of an offer or outcome.
Eligibility and scheduling
Complete your profile and private intake first. ECS reviews responses and may offer a fit call when a conversation would help scope services. No purchase is required. Availability is limited, and one complimentary fit call is generally available per candidate service-planning cycle.
